Return & Refund Policy

At Palm Hockey, we want you to be confident in your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.

  • Wheels that have been skated on or show signs of use are not eligible for return.

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable for standard returns.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Palm Hockey is not responsible for return packages lost in transit.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us at palmhockeyllc@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on where to send your item. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue.

We will work with you to resolve the problem through a replacement, refund, or other appropriate solution at no additional shipping cost to you.

Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong wheel size, please contact us to arrange a return of the unused wheels. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order for the correct size.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on size-related exchanges.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
